Ukladani, export a vymaz

Osobni udaje uchovavame po dobu existence uctu a dale jen v rozsahu, ktery je potrebny pro bezpecnost, reseni incidentu, pravni povinnosti nebo technicke zalohy. V Nastaveni aplikace muzete zobrazit osobni udaje, pozadat o export na e-mail a zrusit ucet. Zruseni uctu smaze ucet a souvisejici osobni data z aktivnich systemu, pokud nam zakon neuklada neco uchovat.

Beertime je urcen pro osoby starsi 18 let. Aplikace neni urcena pro deti.

This policy explains how the Beertime mobile app handles personal data. Beertime is a social app for sharing your current status, drink, and place with friends.

Controller and contact

The controller is the operator of the Beertime app. For privacy questions, data access requests, or deletion requests, contact: support@beertime.app.

Data we process

• Account and login - email address, login confirmation codes, security tokens, and technical data needed to keep you signed in.
• Profile - first name, last name, and profile image if you set or upload them in the app.
• Statuses and places - selected status, drink type, drink count, time, optional place, and related history for friend visibility and personal statistics.
• Friends - user search, friend requests, accepted friendships, ignored users, followed friends, and "always sobering for" preferences.
• Contacts - if you enable contact sync, the app uses emails and phone numbers from your contacts to find mutual friends. Values are normalized and hashed with a server-side secret before matching; we do not store a readable copy of your phone address book.
• Chat - messages between friends, read/activity state, online status, and typing signals.
• Notifications - notification preferences, device platform, and Expo push token if you enable notifications.
• Technical data - app version, environment, server logs, IP address in normal server records, and data needed for security and troubleshooting.

Why we process data

• to create and secure your account,
• to show statuses, places, and friends,
• to operate chat, notifications, and personal statistics,
• to search places and attach places to statuses,
• to export personal data or delete accounts,
• to operate, protect, and improve the service.

Legal basis

We process data mainly because it is necessary to provide the app, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate interests in service security and operation, and, for optional features, because you choose to enable those features.

Service providers

Beertime uses infrastructure and service providers that process data for app operation:

• Railway and MongoDB for backend and database hosting,
• Resend for email delivery, including login codes,
• Expo for push notification delivery,
• Firebase Storage for profile images,
• HERE for place search and place details,
• Apple and Google for normal app distribution and platform services.

We do not share data with third parties to sell advertising.

Storage, export, and deletion

We keep personal data for the life of the account and then only as needed for security, incident handling, legal obligations, or technical backups. In app Settings, you can view personal data, request an email export, and delete your account. Account deletion removes the account and related personal data from active systems unless we are legally required to keep something.

Your rights

Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Send requests to support@beertime.app.

Children

Beertime is intended for people over 18. The app is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, technology, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page.
